A simple ganache for a torte filling or cake topping.
Ingredients
- 400 g dark chocolate
- 250 ml pouring cream
- 3 tablespoons of your preferred liqueur.
Method
The easiest way is to grate the chocolate into a bowl. Bring the cream to the boil in a pot, and then pour into the bowl. Add the liqueur. Stir.Allow the ganache to cool and then use.
